**Ingeniero de Procesos/ Process Engineer**

**Propósito de la posición**:

- Planificar e implementar actividades para el mejoramiento del proceso del centro de negocio o Business Center
- Desarrollar a implementar nuevos conceptos que optimicen el uso de recursos
- Desarrollar y soportar el concepto de mejoramiento continuo
- Desarrollar la sistematización de las operaciones

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar el análisis operacional de su área (performance diario), especialmente en lo relacionado con el cumplimiento de ticket y análisis de tiempos perdidos.
- Planificar e implementar proyectos de reducción de costos de operación
- Planificar e implementar proyectos de mejoramiento de la productividad
- Participar en el desarrollo e implementación de actividades que apunten a: la seguridad, calidad, ergonomía y medio ambiente.
- Soportar la planificación e implementación de proyectos futuros especialmente en lo relacionado con: Definición del layout, justificación técnico-económica, definición de operaciones.

**Educación**:
Titilo Universitario, Técnico profesional (mínimo)

**Experiência**:

- Al menos un 1 año de trabajo en planta, en labores relacionado con la descripción del cargo
- Análisis integral de operaciones
- Análisis estadístico de procesos
- Optimización y sistematización de procesos
- Herramientas de mejoramiento continuo (Lean/Six Sixma)
- Análisis de costos operacionales
- Desarrollo de proyectos con énfasis en la reducción de costo
