- Establish standards, design approach and manage the technical analysis of marine structures and foundations using cast-in-place/prestressed concrete, steel, and timber.
- Provide structural design, perform peer review, and oversee the design of other engineers
- Assist on Proposals and Business Development opportunities with new and existing clients
- Monitor and report on project scope and budget
- Actively participate in the training and development of junior staff
- Provide quality reviews of drawings and calculations
- Interact directly with clients
This is a management and design role. This individual will be responsible for leading a team as well as completing design work.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural engineering; required
- Master’s degree is preferred
- 15+ years of experience in marine / waterfront structural engineering design, project Management, Business Development, and staff training and development; required
- Knowledge of regional / local client pool and have relationships that will help with business development; required
- Experience as a Sr. Project / Program Manager providing structural design, perform peer review, and oversee the project design
- Bi-lingual / multi-lingual desired
- All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171

The work takes place mostly in an office environment. Must be able to work flexible hours (across multiple time zones) and to travel as and when required.
