We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Structural Drafter to join our Civil and Structural Engineering team. This role involves providing consultancy services and developing engineering solutions for clients in sectors such as infrastructure, industry, and mining. You will work closely with our highly skilled multidisciplinary teams across the organization and with our clients delivering projects efficiently and providing high-value consulting services. Key Responsibilities Design and contribute to the development of industrial and infrastructure projects across various engineering phases. Prepare and review sketches, drawings, and/or 3D models according to the level of detail required, applying knowledge of design principles, technical drafting, and BIM methodology as appropriate. Understand and study GHD’s design procedures and manuals, as well as applicable design criteria and technical specifications for each project. Support the training of less experienced drafters, and/or modelers. Coordinate drafting and/or modeling tasks as assigned by senior staff. Assist with general drafting and/or modeling duties and support the preparation of reports as required. Participate in site visits to gather background information, assess areas and infrastructure involved in the project, and survey existing structures as needed. Collaborate in a multidisciplinary and cooperative environment to develop engineering deliverables that meet client requirements and expectations. Skills and Experience Required Qualification: Degree in Technical Drafter or related fields, mandatory. Intermediate English proficiency (B1+), mandatory. Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+), preferred. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience. Experience in steel/concrete structural design, drafting and modeling. Experience in mining projects (>3 years), preferred. Experience in industrial infrastructure and facilities, preferably in mining. Experience in subway and/or railway structures, desirable. Experience in bridges and/or ports structures, desirable. Proven experience with BIM platforms and methodology, mandatory. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and ACC, mandatory. Intermediate proficiency in Civil3D, desirable. Advanced experience with point cloud data, desirable.
