At Auxadi we are looking for a **Regional Country Manager for Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay**,** based in Santiago de Chile**. The **Regional Country Manager** should be a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving the growth, as well as monitor performance, operational effectiveness, and service quality of the firm across **Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay**. This role combines financial stewardship with people leadership and business oversight.

**What Will My Role Be?**
- Collaborate with local teams to support client delivery and monitor project economics.
- Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service lines, teams, and client engagements.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction across the region.
- Promote growth through quality, satisfaction and business development.
- Assist with the implementation of new business lines (corporate legal services and transfer pricing).

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Law.
- CPA, or equivalent professional designation /MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance or Management is a strong advantage.

**Experience**:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in professional services.
- At least 3-5 years in a regional leadership role with full P&L oversight.
- Experience in a multinational environment in the professional services industry.
- Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams and drive service excellence.

**Skills**:

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Spanish; advanced proficiency in English required.

**Travel**:

- Availability to travel across the region (up to 20-30%) to engage with teams and clients.
