We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team as a Country Manager for Chile, with a focus on business development and recruitment. As the Country Manager, you will not only drive our business growth in Chile but also oversee the recruitment operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent solutions to our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape our presence in one of the fastest-growing markets for recruitment consultancy services.
**Your future responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration in Chile, with a specific focus on recruitment services, in alignment with the company's overall objectives;
- Lead the recruitment team in Chile, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional recruitment solutions to clients across various industries;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for recruitment services through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building with key stakeholders in the local market;
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions that align with their business objectives and culture;
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market;
- Develop and implement training programs for recruitment consultants to enhance their skills and capabilities, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client expectations;
- Collaborate with the global leadership team to share insights, best practices, and success stories, contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field;
- Fluency in Spanish and Advanced level of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus;
- Proven track record of success in sales/recruitment roles, with a previous experience in the recruitment industry or related services sector;
- Strong understanding of the Chilean market, including its business landscape, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment, with specific knowledge of recruitment practices and trends;
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and develop innovative recruitment solutions to address client needs and market challenges;
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, drive business growth, and deliver high-quality recruitment services;
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable team player with a passion for building relationships, developing talent, and driving positive outcomes.
