**About the Role**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized **Project Manager**to support our fast-growing solar operations. You’ll play a key role in keeping our data clean, organized, and updated while ensuring smooth communication across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and is comfortable working remotely with US-based teams/ customers, speaks and writes **clear, professional English** and is comfortable working aligned with US business hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately **enter and update data** in Google Sheets and Excel
- Collaborate with **Sales, Operations, Design Team and Customer Service** teams to ensure information is flowing correctly and in a timely manner
- Conduct **routine data audits** to check for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Reach out to **US-based customers**:

- Manage and organize files using **Google Workspace tools** (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
- Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent **spoken and written English** — must be clear, professional, and easy to understand
- Strong experience with **Google Workspace** and **Microsoft Excel**:

- Excellent **communication skills** (written and spoken English)
- Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with precision
- Fast and accurate **typing speed**:

- Experience in a remote or virtual admin role preferred
- Prior experience in the **solar industry** is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working behind a computer
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative support role
- Familiarity with CRMs or cloud-based workflow tools
- Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Can speak and write English

**Schedule & Compensation**:

- **Work Hours**: 8AM EST - 5PM EST (based on US business hours)
- **Type**: Full-time, Remote
- **Compensation**: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

**PC Requirements for Remote Position**:
Since this is a remote role, your computer should meet the following minimum specifications:

- **RAM**: 16 GB
- **Storage**: SSD, 500 GB or larger
- **CPU**: Intel Core i7 (or equivalent/higher)
- **Monitors**: Dual monitors

**Optional but recommended**:

- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Webcam and headset for video calls

Pay: $3,769 - $4,712 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
