**The Work You’ll Do**:
The Regional Real Estate & Facilities Manager is responsible for shaping, executing, and continuously improving workspace management within a Sovos region, with an eye towards employee engagement and environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria. This role will work in close collaboration with our Enablement teams, to ensure success in our organization.

More specifically, you will:

- Executes on the company’s real estate strategy and tactical activities within region, including general facility operations for each office, coworking management for virtual areas, real estate partner management, and alignment with design & other standards
- Track and communicate regional facilities reporting and metrics to ensure visibility to and empower decision-making regarding workspace strategy and tactics
- Provide oversight for projects (including buildouts, relocations, renovations, or closures)
- Identify, procures and manages relationships with relevant office vendors (e.g. cleaning, office services)
- Partner with local team members to ensure timely response, communication & resolution to all facilities & operational issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects and programs are executed with local considerations and global strategy in mind
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, including time responses and actions to resolve complaints or address questions

**What We Need From You**
- 3 or more years’ experience in facility services or facility management; bonus for experience across LATAM
- Solid understanding of LATAM commercial real estate and facility management issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong service-orientation, with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels (from C-suite to frontline) and departments
- Ability to manage time, make decisions and solve problems, particularly under pressure
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple and changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
