**About the right team member**:
**About the role**:

- Develop, own, and maintain daily treasuring operations including overseeing daily and weekly cash forecasting.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve cash flow management and ensure optimal liquidity.
- Strategically map cash movements to optimize foreign exchange (FX) savings and recommend strategies to mitigate FX risk.
- Ensure intercompany transactions comply with inter-entity agreements and transfer pricing regulations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with US GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper business controls are in place and assist in the implementation of new controls and procedures when necessary.
- Assist in the development of company accounting policies and monitor adherence to existing Company accounting policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the tax, FP&A team to ensure alignment on financial reporting and cash related matters and partner on Annual Operating Plan forecasting.
- Liaise with external auditors during annual audits and reviews, providing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
- Participate in or lead ad-hoc projects related to financial reporting, process improvements, or system upgrades as needed.
- Perform general accounting close related responsibilities including preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and sub-ledger reconciliations.

**Skills & experience**:

- 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting or related field
- Proven experience in cash management, treasury, or financial analysis
- Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
- Knowledge of international finance, FX markets, and hedging strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- A hands-on style and the ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-moving company with a wide variety of strategic initiatives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, from staff to executives, and manage relationships with external parties
- A team player, adept at building relationships across the organization
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and proactive. Must have a strong work ethic and be able to meet critical deadlines.
