Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy company, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (full-time contractor) based in Chile to join our growing FP&A team The FP&A organization at Varsity Tutors is responsible for owning financial forecasting process. We also act as key business partners to enable and drive financially informed decision-making. As an Sr. Analyst on the team, you will have the exciting opportunity to grow and develop as a finance professional through various responsibilities including forecast modeling, budgeting, analysis, management/board reporting, and data analytics. This role will report directly to the Head of FP&A and will have high visibility throughout the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is responsible for facilitating corporate-level decision-making at Varsity Tutors, guiding company-wide financial planning, and scaling financial reporting and processes
- Lead the financial planning process for our core business; including building/maintaining operating and financial models
- Assist in the preparation of month end financial results decks, board decks, investors materials, and other executive updates
- Act as a key business partner to our sales organization by providing analysis on KPIs such as lead growth, conversion rates and sales
- Support G&A expense planning by providing deep insights and bridging gaps between operational performance metrics and financial results

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of finance, FP&A, Corporate Development and/or accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial planning (modeling) tools and ERP systems
- Ability to thrive and effectively operate in a fast-paced, hands-on, collaborative environment
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making_,_ leadership, oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, strong problem solving skills, the ability to deal with ambiguity, and work successfully and effectively on cross-functional team
- Self starter with strong analytical skills, decision making capabilities, and attention to detail
