Data Conversion Service DCS is looking for a trilingual (Japanese/English/Spanish) professional to work as a Business Analyst in the Intelligence and CSR Department for an important Asian multinational company.

Among its responsibilities are:
Support coordination of the meeting with business dept.
- Based on instructions from manager, coordinate meetings with all business departments of Company to provide updates to Director on each business.

Support preparation of company monthly report. Based on instruction from manager:

- Summarize the relevant local contingency news (economic-politic) of the month.
- Request each business department to send an update of monthly activity.
- Summarize information about visitors of the month.
- Update economic indicator and graphic series.
- Send draft to the maanger for his review.

Prepare Intelligence Information.
- Review from some news sources about important Chilean news and translate it to Japanese for review by manager.
- Update intelligence documents/presentations, both in the political, economic, and business spheres, from time to time, as required.

Prepare and Coordinate meeting with Intelligence team to update situation of each task.
- Coordinate the meeting once or twice a month.
- Prepare summary of the meeting.

Support and Back up Intelligence & CSR Department
- Attend Director and manager requests in a timely and efficient manner (Report, Questions, coordination of MCL volunteer activity, donation, PR, etc.).
- Support and cover task of Intelligence & CSR Department during manager absence.Requirements:
Studies: Graduated from the University or technical Career of the Economic or Political area.Experience: More than 5 years of proven work experience

Knowledge:
Knowledge of accounting and finance

Knowledge of economic and political issues

**Skills**:Fluent Japanese (Communication and writing)

Fluent English (Communication and writing)

Negotiation skills (Experience in negotiating in a difficult situation)

Ability to organize and coordinate.

Positive, with an open attitude to learn from others.

Will to improve and learn.

Conditions:
work modality: On-site - Vitacura, RM.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
