The Opportunity:
In this role you will:

- Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
- Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow
- Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
- Oversee the capital planning process for new projects
- Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
- Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks

- Are skilled at distilling project data into concise updates enabling rapid and informed decisions
- Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating
- Have experience working on mission critical projects in the Chile region
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
- Have a passion for building your global team and developing and encouraging your employees
