**Description**

Bedrock-Service offers project delivery services in a variety of markets including transportation, water & wastewater, power, oil, building and mining.

**Location**

Primary location is Santiago de Chile.

We work on projects all around the world, in large cities and remote locations, so our people must be willing to travel and work on site as required. Work assignment locations and duration will be determined by our client’s needs. Employees must be able to travel and potentially temporarily relocate as required by our client’s needs.

**Position Overview**

We require a very experienced and proactive Project Controls Manager to overview the Feasibility Study for an important mining project in Chile. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.

**Primary Responsibilities**

Preparation and evaluation of project controls management plans to ensure accurate and timely control of project cost, schedule, and scope.

Setup, implementation and/or review of the project controls management systems, processes, and workflows, and staffing of the project controls team.

Ensuring Project Controls Overviews and Standards are properly applied and followed on the project.

Ensure overall Owner level integration of the cost, schedule, and change management activities to ensure alignment in monitoring and reporting cost, schedule and progress.

Prepare and/or review periodic reporting.

Coordinate the preparation of capital cost estimate by service providers, and integration into an overall project capital cost estimate.

Coordinate the review of the overall capital cost estimated for the project at conclusion of project stage

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, like Construction or Engineering.

Minimum 20 years experience in Project Controls on mayor mining projects, including in study phase.

Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing. Able to report in both languages.

Advanced knowledge of Project Control software and Microsoft Office tools.

Pro-active, well-organized and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, as well as to coordinate with several departments to accomplish the objectives of the project.

Ability to travel using COVID 19 safety protocols.
