He/she will translate business needs into analytics and reporting requirements, build and test data accuracy products that helps Experian’s data furnishers enhance and maintain the quality of their reported data. **Responsibilities** - Analyzes, designs, develops, codes and implements programs in Python and other programming languages, for a specific assigned software system or systems. These may include PC or Web development tools. - Translate business needs and requirements into clear data analytics reports - Responsible for key strategic client projects and always delivers the product on time. - Ensure the data is available, retrieving the data from a various data sources, ordering the data in a visual and structured manner, and deliver the product on time. **Qualifications**: - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficient in Python. - Good knowledge of C#, Java, or equivalent programming languages. - Good knowledge of SQL language and concepts of data base (DB2 and MySQL are mandatory). - Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehouse or analytical tools for business purposes (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) is strongly preferred. - Strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Critical thinking with the ability to identify and relate business problems to data quality issues and vice versa. - Ability to creatively work through various system constraints and create holistic dashboards/reports based on data from diverse sources. - Good verbal and written English skills. - Strong self-learner. - Excellent attention to detail. - Must be proactive. - Must be able to work under tight deadlines. - Credit bureau data and financial industry knowledge a plus.
