**About Our Process**

About the Role
- Leads the Regional Inventory Planning and Major Vendor Expediting teams for assets based in Chile, responsible for delivering excellent customer service to ensure our operations have the right parts at the right time.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Balances customer requirements with Supply Chain capacity to manage parts availability for a Minerals America asset.
- Responsible for managing a team to ensure parts availability through detailed planning and coordination across the entire inbound supply chain, end-to-end.
- Responsible for all expediting with priority suppliers for Americas assets.
- Ensures management of Parts Availability deviation for the weeks closest to maintenance execution by leading the team to act on ‘At Risk’ items.
- Manages continuous improvement initiatives with the materials planning team located in Manila.
- Collaborates with Key Materials Planning roles to troubleshoot and provide support from the Regional Planning team when needed.
- Coordinates with materials planning managers located in Manila to deliver an excellent experience to end customers.
- Understands the end-to-end supply chain to improve efficiency, drive optimization, and maximize value.
- Develops mutually beneficial, cross-functional relationships between departments and teams to deliver better outcomes for customers.
- Establishes monitoring and control routines with the team and customers to ensure spare parts delivery aligns with the maintenance plan.
- Inspires the team by setting direction and routines, embedding the right culture while developing capabilities and managing performance aligned with strategic priorities.
- Strong focus on customer relationships and joint problem-solving for shared challenges.
- Manages escalations from regional planners and maintenance for systemic issues within their teams.
- About You

**To be a top performer you will need**:
- Professional degree in Engineering or related to the role.- 10+ years of experience related.
- Proven experience leading people.
- Proven experience in solving complex problems
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
- Availability to travel sporadically to mining sites.
