**About the Role**:
Main functions:

- Strongly aimed to a safety focus.
- Leads implementation of quality management strategy, standards, processes, systems and plans including quality planning, quality control and quality improvement for a program of capital projects.
- Reviews and endorses quality related documentation to ensure that integrated quality management is fit for purpose to facilitate overall project quality performance.
- Manages the quality resources, act as a single point of contact for the project or study / execution manager to ensure quality activities achieve the quality project requirements, and manages quality resources.
- Drives adherence to all quality standards.
- Leads performance management of quality support performed by 3rd parties within the project.
- Implement capability development plans to ensure appropriately skilled quality management resources matched to underlying program scope.
- Leads, coaches and mentors team members.
- Contributes with the capture of lessons learnt from development & delivery of projects for incorporation into continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborates with the Head of Engineering to ensure the provision of appropriately skilled quality management resources, with fit for purposes processes & tools, are available to achieve the project´s integrated scope, cost & schedule requirements.
- Collaborates with the Head of Engineering on the development of quality management standards and improvement initiatives.
- Leads implementation of quality management plan and assure effective management the program´s Quality Management scope of work.
- Leads provisioning of quality management expertise as input to value improvement practices.

**About You**:

- Experience in quality area.
- Engineering degree.
- Knowledge and experience with engineering / construction contractors.
- Competent in the use of relevant software such as MS Office.
- Experience in work with multidisciplinary teams.
- English spoken and written.
