We’re looking for our next
**Quality Assurance Specialist for educational videos** to join the
**Curriculum Team** in
**Chile**. You’ll support the Curriculum Team in ensuring that every video lesson is high-quality and error-free and will help to organize and maintain Edpuzzle’s database of lessons.

**About the job**:

- ** Voiceover Validations**: Review voiceovers to ensure they are error-free and match the intended tone and pedagogical purpose of the script. Track and surface common issues to the relevant individuals or teams to reduce the number of quality issues over time.
- ** Video Validation**: Review video drafts with reference to style guides, scripts, and storyboards. Provide detailed feedback to the video production team about adjustments that need to be made to improve the design, accuracy, clarity, and engagement of video lessons.
- ** Content Management**: Upload videos produced each week to Edpuzzle’s website, embedding questions, adding backend information tags, and thumbnails. Ensure all internal and external documentation of resources are complete, organized, and accurate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**About you**:

- ** Copyediting/Proofreading**:You have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and a keen eye for catching errors in written or spoken text.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail in identifying and rectifying errors, inconsistencies, or issues in multimedia content, ensuring that the final product meets quality standards.
- ** Task Management**:Effective task management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- ** Organization Skills**:Strong organizational skills to manage and track the quality assurance process, maintain records of feedback and changes, and coordinate efforts with various teams effectively.
- ** Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- ** English**: Proficient oral and written skills (C1 level). You will be working with a US-based team.

**Bonus skills**:

- Experience with education, educational media, or writing for scholars.
