Quality Assurance Specialist - Solar / BESS Location: Santiago, Chile Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job functions: Customer Service, Strategy/Planning, and Quality Assurance Industries: Telecommunications, Energy Technology, and Services for Renewable Energy Salary: $1,500.00-$2,000.00 Responsibilities: Support to maintain and enhance Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001:2015 or TL 9000 to assure continued quality improvement. Identify improvement areas for assuring operation as aligned with company directions. Review and improve processes & procedures related to the quality control and service assurance. Manage the non-conformance and provide effective resolution and improvement. Develop, prepare, analyze and distribute periodic SLA/KPI reports and ad-hoc reports as required. Perform internal quality audits and responsible for implementation of corrective actions from all audits and investigations. Participate in and manage the analysis of customer complaints related to quality assurance and recommend resolution and corrective action. Promote culture of Quality Assurance in Operations and Project deployment. Work Experience and Knowledge: 2~3 years experience in Quality Assurance System activities Familiar with Standard Operation and Installation Guides. Familiar with development and maintain of Quality Management System. Sound understanding of detailed work processes of different teams and should be able to identify gaps for process enhancement. Desirable experience of monitoring the E2E Implementation Quality in Telecom Industry. Identifies defects in existing processes, tracks and reports them to QA Management. Strong analytical mind with good communication & interpersonal skill. Education: Degree as Quality Engineering with focus on energy, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent. Other Professional: Quality Control Engineer Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English. Note: We will consider only CVs that are in English version. #J-18808-Ljbffr
