**We will count on you to**:
- Work with regional Marsh Portfolio Solutions leader on strategy and execution on capacity utilization, including senior level engagement with carriers in partnership with regional placement and specialty leadership
- Provide critical insights and information to carrier partners of Marsh Portfolio Solutions
- Assist to evaluate efficacy of all solutions and implement actions to close, consolidate or expand
- Collaborate with global Marsh Portfolio Solutions group to create and manage framework and systems for capturing transaction level placement information for MPS and partnering with carriers to optimize operational efficiencies (in partnership with Placement Operations, MGTI, JLT Mumbai and Marsh Digital)
- Responsible for implementation of any fee for service solutions
**What you need to have**:
- Successfully graduated from Business Administration, Actuary, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- 8+ years of P&C or Specialties.
- Fluency in English.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
