We are hiring the best talent for a BUSINESS ANALYTICS COORDINATOR to be located in the city of Santiago de Chile (Relocation Not Applicable).

General Summary

Johnson & Johnson Medtech business segment produces a broad range of innovative products and solutions used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurological disease, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, and aesthetics.

We are looking for an outstanding individual with exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills, and with the ability to engage and support key business partners for Selling Intelligence.

Main Responsibilities
- Supports sales management with appropriate analysis, ad hoc reporting, insights and recommendations for sales and marketing.
- Lead or coordinate the development and maintenance of analytic systems, data automation, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
- Tracks and analyzes sales force performance of sales volume & sales force productivity.
- Troubleshoots inquiries about account alignments and performance data and provide counsel and actionable information.
- Develops and administers special projects.
- Prepares presentations and reports to support sales conferences/meetings.
- Keep the governance of sell-out data, being the liaison between the sell-out connection vendors, IT and the Indirect Channel to guarantee the data quality and the attendance the HCC requirements through a robust and agile sell-out process.
- Coordinate and promote the Data Governance and suitable Data Architecture of the datasets under the area responsibility.
- Build and grow relationships with internal teams to proactively identify business needs and address them using data-backed approaches.

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- We’re looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in similar roles as Sell-out Management, Data Analytics & Insights, Business Intelligence and/or Market research.
- Education/ Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Written & Spoken Language: Fluent in Spanish and English
- Track record of delivery highly impactful analytics and insights
- Highly analytical and adaptive mindset, with proven background as problem-solver
- Experience in developing visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc., and analytics/presentation.
- Strong communication / presentation skills
- Ability to operate in a highly matrixed organization

Preferred:

- Knowledge in SQL will be a plus
- Knowledge on market research data will be a plus
- Knowledge in Python, R, or other data programming related languages will be a plus
- Experience with the SAFe Agile methodology
