**Responsibilities**:

- **Salesforce Project Management**:

- Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce initiatives, from planning and design to implementation and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- **Kaptio Integration**:

- Utilize expertise in Kaptio or similar systems to seamlessly integrate with Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure smooth data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and related travel industry platforms.
- **Travel Industry Insight**:

- Leverage industry knowledge to understand and address specific requirements and challenges within the travel sector.
- Provide strategic guidance on optimizing Salesforce for the unique needs of the travel industry.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or objectives.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
- **Training and Support**:

- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate end-users on new Salesforce functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and address user inquiries or issues post-implementation.

**Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Familiarity with Kaptio or similar travel industry systems.
- **Certifications**:

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- **Team Player**:

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
