**Description**:
At Imagemaker we are looking for the most enthusiastic and talented Project Manager/ScrumMaster for one of our partners in the US

Joining us as Project Manager means:

- Guiding the team and client in driving best practices of the software development processes
- Conveying the continuous delivery of project outcomes of your team
- Helping to develop a financial view of the project in terms of cost and duration
- Collaborating with business sponsors, business owners, analysts, developers and testing teams
- Identifying and quickly resolving project roadblocks
- Managing risks and issues related to projects
- Facilitating scope management across the project
- Leading the team in the identification of project roles and responsibilities

You’ll be a perfect match if you:

- Have over 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in software projects,
- Managed a team of 10+ people (internal + client team)
- Have an Agile mindset and experience working with Scrum
- Effectively manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders at various levels,
- Are ready to take ownership to drive success within projects,
- Successfully manage risks within the projects
- Have high communication skills,
- Have strong leadership skills to drive teams growth
- Are resistant to frequent changes and a dynamic working environment
- Hands-on IT background as a developer, QA, BA, Scrum Master etc.
- Speak English fluently (at least strong B2), Polish is welcome, but not required
