**The Work You'll Do**

More specifically, you will:

- Develop and facilitate training boot camps (new employee training) and continuing education programs for Client Operations departments
- Administration of tactical activities associated with boot camp including workbook creation, room scheduling and trainer/mentor scheduling
- Manage and maintain training curriculum and continuing educational materials, including identifying and planning for additional courses for the curriculum
- Define, develop and facilitate client and implementation partner training on Sovos products and processes
- Create and organize end user (internal/external) training materials and content (e.g., documentation, training videos, webinars) per the curriculum
- Administer documentation revision control process
- Define and report on training success metrics for employee and client
- Identify and recommend appropriate delivery mechanisms of training based on audience requirements and strategy
- Provide project oversight and coordination to Client Operations knowledge transfer initiatives, driving to successful program completion

**What We Need From You**
- 1-3 years of customer service, instructor led training or related experience
- Advanced English communication
- Experience in facilitating and developing courseware for web-based and instructor-led formats.
- Creation and maintenance of internal/external documentation
- Ability to create a logical path of learning within a module.
- Experience in using industry standard authoring tools
- Software and/or tax accounting industry and software-as-a-service industry experience a plus
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision on a day-to-day basis
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to motivate other internal groups in delivering to the needs of the client
