Para que la app funcione, necesitamos Shoppers, así que ya puedes imaginarte lo importante que es el equipo de Shopper Ops para Cornershop by Uber. Ellos no están simplemente monitoreando la operación global de Shoppers, sino que continuamente están buscando cómo optimizar los procesos, herramientas y la tecnología para lograr sus objetivos. Shopper Ops maneja áreas como Shoppers Experience, Growth, Capacity Management, Quality, Inventory, Payments and Safety.
¿Un Inventory Operator es alguien que opera el inventario o que inventa operarios? Ya, perdón, mala broma. Pero en Cornershop hacemos bromas fomes cuando nos entusiasmamos, y hoy estamos felices de anunciar que estamos en búsqueda de nuestra/o nueva/o Inventory Operator, una persona responsable, ordenada y con experiência en inventario, que brindará a los Shoppers el material necesario para que trabajen.
**¿Qué harás en esta posición?**:
- Carga y descarga de material.
- Organización de almacenes y PODs.
- Etiquetado de productos.
- Recuento y control del inventario
- Seguimiento del estado del inventario: en línea y físico
- Montaje de paquetes.
- Entrega de material a los Shoppers.
- Proporcionar instrucciones relacionadas con la aplicación.
- Mantener el orden, la seguridad y la limpieza en el almacén y las furgonetas utilizadas en la operación.
- Capacitar a los shoppers en POD.
- Dar seguimiento a los diferentes leads en el funnel y tomar acciones para darle fluidez al proceso de onboarding.
- Mantener una cuenta activa de shopper.
**¿Qué necesitas para aplicar?**:
- Manejo de Excel básico.
- Licencia de conducir clase B al día.
- Experiência trabajando con inventario y/o en bodega.
