Parser is looking for a **Junior Contributor Business Partne**r to join our HR Team. Reporting directly to the CBP Lead and working closely with the other Contributors Business Partner, the Junior Contributor Business Partner, will be responsible for all aspects of the contributors lifecycle, including on-boarding, feedback reviews, timesheet, invoicing, capability and contributors relations.

If you enjoy working in a busy fast paced environment, then this is definitely the role for you You will be actively involved in all areas of operational HR including guidance, support and to line managers in the interpretation and operation of HR policies and procedures, ownership of HR cases, and disciplinary and grievance matters.

You must be a strong team player, hands-on, with a willingness to get stuck
- in with administration where necessary. You will be supported by our CBP Lead in respect of new starters, leavers, contract changes,time off, and invoicing.

As well managing the day-to-day, you will have the opportunity to get involved in HR projects.

**The Impact You'll Make - Core Areas**:

- Design and implement management systems
- Ensure management systems are maintained and up-to-date
- Monitor procedures for record keeping
- Guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data and requests
- Prepare operational reports and programs to ensure efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Manage internal staff relations
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as Team Members’ timesheets, time off, billing matters, among others.

**What You'll Bring To Us**:

- Qualifications in Office Administration will be valued
- Demonstrable work experience as an administrative officer, administrator or a similar position is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of office procedures
- Strong Experience with office management software such as MS Office (specifically MS Excel and MS Word)
- Strong organizational skills and aptitude to solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of English
- Attention to detail
- Analytical skills
