..is the innovative and progressive legal, compliance and contracting team for the Latin American accounts that enables Nokia's strategy in the relevant markets. If you are a seasoned and motivated commercial contract manager working with Latin American law contracts, in any Latin American Country relevant jurisdiction, with the required professional experience and academic records, living by your values, with ambition to grow and be exposed to legal operations in a fast-paced industry environment as part of a first-class Legal team, this is an outstanding opportunity for your career.

**As part of our team, you will**:

- Support the Commercial team, including drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements end-to-end in coordination with the relevant sales team and in cooperation with other legal functions and teams as needed, including analysis, negotiation, and processing approvals, making escalations if needed.
- Support the sales teams across Nokia’s internal approval process for legal matters on sales transactions
- Interact with multiple areas internally and externally, in a fast paced and pressure environment.
- provide contractual and negotiation support to Nokia’s commercial operations with the Latin American customers both carriers and enterprise, and/or the global accounts, as required, considering standard terms and clauses.
- provide contractual and negotiation advice to Nokia’s commercial operations with the relevant customer(s) and become the pivotal point of contact for business and administrative teams and account(s).
- be aligned with Nokia’s position about each specific matter, being the contact between responsible counsel, customer, business team and relevant stakeholders of Nokia.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Experience in commercial contract management with minimum 5 years proven track record experience, having worked with complex commercial contracts, at a global company ideally in the telecommunications or IT industry.
- a bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent will also be considered.
- excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills with strong commercial sense on risk & reward; detailed oriented combined with strategic advice mindset
- excellent interpersonal skills, team player, business oriented, can-do attitude, driven, committed to interact with multiple areas internally and externally, in a fast paced and pressure environment.
- Native Spanish proficiency is required.
- English full professional proficiency is a required
