**About the role**
**Main responsibilities**
- Issue management reports for Finance (e.g. centralization of remuneration, reporting by cost centre, holiday provision, attendance reporting, etc.).
- Management and updating of employees' information in the system
- Management of workers' contractual documents
- Validation and correction of overtime
- Validation and correction of attendance and shifts
- Processing of medical leave
- Liasing with HR and Finance to provide information about leave accruals
**Experience and skills**
- Bachelor Degree
- 3 to 5 year experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Chilean labour regulations and contracts
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
- Fluent in English
- Self-starter - willing to work independently and pro-actively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
**Reports to**: Finance Manager
**Location**: Hybrid, Chile
