Our Product team keeps growing as seeking for **Product Managers **willing to act as point of contact among Devs and digital product implementators, ensuring software delivery complies with key market needs and business strategic plans. **What will you do?** - Pull and analyze data from different self serve internal sources, key industry benchmarks, and emerging trends to deliver high quality and actionable customer centric product / feature proposals and user stories - Develop detailed product specifications in collaboration with business, design, and development teams - Own and drive well prioritized product and feature roadmap that balances metric movers, customer delights and customer asks - Feature Proposals and User Stories - Building products with Platform as a service approach to enable integration with OLX group companies - Represent business strategic needs regarding delivery and implementation of digital products for call selling, purchase and financing. - Encourage latam product team to ask for an accurate software delivery aligned to business priorities, key-market necessities and and needs in the key markets - Ensure software and digital products deployment are aligned with business strategic needs and priorities. - Act as an intermediary among software development department latam implementation teams. As to analyze, filter and prioritize information that would be given and requested to Devs teams. - Contribute in software implementation strategies carried out by local digital transformation offices **Who we're looking for**: - Education: Computing Science or Engineering Bachelor's degree from tier 1 institution. - Preferred MBA from tier 1 institution - not mandatory - Work experience: Minimum 3 years as a Product Owner in a consumer Internet or e-commerce company. - Experience in tech companies are desirable - Experience of three to more years leading teams for delivery of software products - Technical knowledge about the development of digital products is mandatory. - You are obsessed about users - you place yourself in the position of your users to make something amazing for them.
