**The Position**:
FullStack is seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer with experience in myTrailhead to join our team. As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for building training content solutions on the Salesforce learning platform, myTrailhead.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom solutions on the Salesforce platform that utilizes myTrailhead functionality.
- Maintain and enhance existing myTrailhead solutions to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the Salesforce myTrailhead solutions and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and developments, including new features and functionality related to myTrailhead.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on myTrailhead solutions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Nice to Have**:
