**Why We Are Hiring**: We are expanding our Production Support Team in Chile to meet the growing needs of our clients in the LATAM region and ensure 24/7 support for our mission-critical payment services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor production systems to ensure availability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues using effective problem-solving techniques.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy updates and enhancements.
- Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system, ensuring knowledge sharing.
- Provide on-call support as needed to resolve urgent issues outside of regular business hours.
- Participate in root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.

**Requirements**:

- 8-14 + years' experience in a production support or operations role in a technology-driven environment in LATAM.
- Experience supporting and administering ATM Switch/Card Management/WEB based banking systems.
- Experience in incident management and troubleshooting techniques.
- experience with Card Issuance & Lifecycle.
- Experience working with IS08583 messaging.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Experience working with Networks-VISA/MC/AMEX/Local.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and scripting languages will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- English and Spanish mandatory.
