**About the job**:
- The Red Hat Brand Experience and Communications team is looking for a Brand Manager to join us in Latin America (LATAM). In this role, you will provide innovative brand and design solutions to local marketing initiatives. You will connect our corporate headquarters with marketing teams across LATAM to ensure regional brand development. As a regional Brand Manager, you will provide information and advocate for the corporate marketing programs with our local LATAM offices, while also keeping focus on the regional priorities. We will need you to be passionate about branding, able to communicate our branding needs and project requests, enable others to follow our brand guidance, and deliver creative outcomes that advance the Red Hat brand.-
**What you will do**:
- Develop and localize lead generation campaigns for use on a regional and country level, including web, print, and events
- Develop brand assets in compliance with Red Hat brand standards and guidelines
- Oversee the Red Hat brand portfolio in the region in collaboration with the corporate brand team, including naming strategies, brand name hierarchy, trademark management and enforcement, brand extensions, and co-branding opportunities
- Contribute to global marketing initiatives by ensuring regional relevancy and supporting localization needs
- Provide production materials for internal and external regional events, including end customer and partner events
- Work with a team to select outside vendors when needed, and review and evaluate their work
- Support our key business priorities, ensuring end-to-end project management to successfully meet deadlines and deliver results
- Build solid relationships across regional Marketing teams to identify opportunities, share best practices, improve processes, and steer operational efficiency
- Promote and make recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers across channels to support business objectives, and improve customer experience
**What you will bring**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, advertising, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, design, communications, or advertising, working cross-functionally, in an international technical environment in a similar role
- Experience working with an in-house creative team, external agencies, or vendors
- Extremely well organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills for responding to and coordinating with senior stakeholders as necessary
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships within and outside the company
- Excellent design, writing, editing, and effective presentation skills.
- Ability to make decisions and work with mínimal guidance.
- Excellent project management and planning skills; ability to work on multiple projects with frequently changing priorities in a collaborative environment
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Willingness to travel, following Red Hat’s COVID-19 guidelines and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD)
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
- The following are considered a plus:
- Solid business, financial, analytical proficiency, with some experience in market and brand research
- Knowledge of Red Hat, open source, and the technology industry
- Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services
- Experience working with digital mediums like front-end (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
