**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Extensive technical knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with different RDBMS systems (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase, PostgreSQL, etc.) on different platforms (Unix-Windows). Capable of performing installation, deployment, customization, operation, recovery, and performance tuning.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

At least 5 years of field experience in customer support role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A good command of report writing and presentation skills
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Making technical decisions in complex projects to solve customer’s critical problems

Making technical recommendations to decision makers in a written form

Delivering technical messages with confidence using presentation tools

Hands-on experience in RDBMS, Unix and Windows system management

Proficient in Shell scripting
**Required Education**

Technical Diploma

**Preferred Education**

Bachelor's Degree
