We are looking for a strategic finance professional who is passionate about making an impact at a fast-growing company. You will support pivotal investment decisions in sales, marketing, and commercial operations to optimize customer acquisition costs and lifetime value. You will use your business insight, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to deliver insights and actionable recommendations to improve decision-making across the organization.

You will be a key contributor to a critical component of our strategy - a strategic partner to support our revenue organization as we develop a world class platform at scale. This is a highly visible role in the organization and reports into the strategic finance lead and partners closely with the CFO. **What you will be doing?**- Own key revenue and product models, driving regular forecast updates, and produce weekly/monthly reporting packages- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial analyses and forecasts, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities relating to our go-to-market strategy to business leaders and executives- Lead the creation of effective dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to track our operational and financial metrics relating to our go-to-market activities- Develop a strong understanding of Front's business model and translate the impact of business decisions on company performance- Execute competitive benchmarking to maintain a comprehensive understanding of our position in the market landscape- Drive ongoing improvement in finance and operational workflows, increase efficiency through automation & process excellence, and proactively understand risks and opportunities to provide predictability to future performance

**What skills & experience do you need?**- 4+ years of finance or related experience in a highly analytical and operational role- Ability to eloquently distill and communicate financial data and complex topics to non-finance stakeholders- Can context switch and dynamically prioritize a portfolio of work- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and understanding of business metrics. Familiarity with comprehensive 3-statement models; ability to conceptualize and implement new models to support strategic decision making- Experience and comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment; bonus points for experience with SaaS business models and unit economics

**Nice to have**:
- Experience or interest in Technology or Software / SaaS industry- Strong financial acumen (e.g., a good understanding of financial statements, accounting, FP&A processes, etc.)- Experience with FP&A planning processes, operating expense forecasting, and P&L management.- Exposure to working with finance and GTM systems (e.g., Pigment / Anaplan, Netsuite, Salesforce, CaptivateIQ) and other BI tools( Omni, Mode)- SQL skills and understanding of database / data warehousing concepts (though we always have internal resources to assist)
