**Funciones del cargo**:

- Planificar, organizar y liderar la implementación/ejecución de proyectos asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, SLA y objetivos de negocio definidos.
- Identificar oportunidades de up-sell y cross-sell dentro del marco de cada proyecto, en colaboración con el equipo de Revenue.
- Gestionar riesgos y resolver bloqueos operativos durante la ejecución, anticipando desviaciones relevantes.
- Monitorear KPIs operativos y de negocio para evaluar el impacto de las implementaciones.
- Generar reportes de avances y resultados clave a equipos internos, clientes y stakeholders de nível C-Level.
- Colaborar con Customer Success & Growth para priorizar entregas alineadas a las necesidades y objetivos estratégicos del cliente.
- Coordinar con Operaciones para asegurar el soporte técnico necesario y transformar expectativas del cliente en acciones concretas.
- Implementar procesos de mejora continua que optimicen la eficiencia y calidad en la entrega de servicios.
- Contribuir a la mejora del NPS del cliente a través de una ejecución impecable y relaciones de confianza.
- Definir e implementar estrategias para mejorar el NPS por cliente, en coordinación con Customer Success.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:

- Manejo intermedio-avanzado de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Jira, MS Project, Asana).
- Capacidad para documentar procesos y entregar reportes estructurados.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de CRM o plataformas comerciales para coordinar iniciativas de expansión dentro de cuentas existentes.
