**About the Role**:
In this role, you will:

- Manage contract execution and analysis to maximise operational and financial performance and mitigate exposure and risk.
- Define project objectives/schedules, identify critical activities, monitor the project plan/schedule and drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects at BHP.
- Monitor and manage project performance to deliver projects in line with safety standards, requirements, budget, scope and schedule.
- Follow risk management processes, conduct risk assessments, comply with standards and accurately report on risk to maximize safety and value across projects at BHP.
- Explore and iteratively reassess best fit solutions, take ownership of project decisions and outcomes and monitor and manage impacts to value across the project lifecycle (e.g. social, environmental, commercial).
- Determine the underlying cause of problems and evaluate multiple solutions to ensure a planned and structured approach to solving complex problems.
- Strive to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Construction or equivalent discipline.
- Experience in tailings projects, including dam raises and cut off walls.
- Experience on mining major/minor capital studies and project execution.
- Demonstrated leadership / management experience, plus the ability to form and work in teams..
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment.
- Strong practical understanding of safety requirements & expectations to ensure effective embedment of controls against risks.
- High attention to detail, motivation, and commitment to quality outcomes.
- Ability to operate effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment utilizing solution-based methodologies.
- Succeeds with mínimal supervision, manages time effectively, and proactively maintains control over all projects/responsibilities.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis training.
