You’ll join a small, senior team with weekly delivery cycles, code reviews, and strong emphasis on quality, security, and speed. We value technical curiosity, solid engineering practices, and the ability to turn business needs into scalable products.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ship end-to-end features in **NScaling** (React/TypeScript front-end + Node/Express back-end), integrating the 4 AI agents.
- Design and expose **REST/GraphQL APIs**, integrate third-party services, and model robust data (MongoDB).
- Build **Python** tools/microservices for **MCP** (tools/servers/adapters) to enable agent orchestration and conversational workflows.
- Package with **Docker**, deploy to **AWS/GCP**, and automate CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar).
- Add observability (basic metrics, logs, alerts) and keep costs under control.
- Enforce security: secrets management, OAuth/JWT, least-privilege, and data-protection practices.
- Write tests (unit/integration), document decisions, and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with product/UX to iterate fast and deliver value in weekly cycles.

**Requirements and preferences**:
**Required**
- Strong **MERN** foundation: React (ideally **TypeScript**), Node.js/Express, MongoDB, API consumption/creation.
- ** Intermediate Python** to create scripts/services, with willingness to deepen in **MCP**.
- API design, front-end state management, basic testing, and **Git/CI** proficiency.
- Cloud fundamentals (**AWS and/or GCP**) and **Docker** for packaging and deployment.
- Clear communication, prioritization, and teamwork.
- Fluent Spanish; able to read technical English.
- Based in Chile (Santiago preferred) with availability for **hybrid** work (currently mostly remote).

**Nice to have**
- ** LangChain/LangGraph**, RAG, embeddings & vector DBs (pgvector/Supabase/Pinecone/Qdrant).
- GraphQL, WebSockets/SSE, Next.js, Tailwind, shadcn/ui.
- Observability (OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana), security (OAuth/OIDC), caching patterns.
- Serverless, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/Pulumi).

**Desirable skills**:
Prior hands-on with **MCP tools/servers** or equivalent integrations (adapters, gateways, tool-calling).

Real-world deployments on **AWS/GCP** with cost/security best practices.

Genuine interest in **AI agents** and user-centric product development.
