**Roles and Responsibilities**
- The incumbent for the position is expected to deliver but not limited to the following- responsibilities- CLIENT - Interact with clients, understand their business objectives and develop solution
- architecture. Generate insights and stories from client data and lead strategic- discussions as well as executive presentations.- PROJECT - Collaborate with Project managers/consultants for project planning, levers
- to create impact, ensure smooth execution of analytical modules with quality deliverables- and manage timelines of project delivery. Multi country / companies’ interactions with- Decision Point team and the Client is daily.- TEAM - Effective management of cross-functional team providing guidance to the team- processing, reporting & visualization frameworks. Develop career plan for team- members, manage effective team members allocation and lead recruit, train, develop- and coach talent initiatives.- BUSINESS - Have complete know-how of company credentials and support new
- business development team with case studies, end to end proposal developments, new- analytical techniques and actively participate in organizational initiatives. Responsible for- revenue target, project P&L management and contract renewal.- CAPABILITY - Shape team members career and skill sets. Be a thought leader and
- constantly innovate/advance the solution as well as standardize capability to deliver the- solutions at scale
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of work experience in Analytics or Strategic Consulting.- Professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science or comparable- fields preferred.- 3+ years of strong reporting, business intelligence & technical background.- Strong project planning, project team management and leadership skills (end to end).- Strong client engagement abilities and prior work experience of dealing with top- executives. Passionate about understanding clients and their behavior.- Excellent analytical skills and is a problem solver. Ability to communicate difficult /- sensitive information tactfully.- An eye for detail, quick learner and can think out of the box- A team player and can deliver under pressure. Infect peers with enthusiasm and facilitate- healthy team interaction- Skilled at querying relational databases (SQL) and ability to pull data from various- sources.- Understanding of statistical techniques (segmentation, regression) and new- technologies (ML, AI).- Sound knowledge of tools (such as SAS/R/Python) and proficient in MS Excel, Power BI- and Powerpoint.- Fluent English and Spanish proficiency
