**About the role**
- Reporting to the PMO Director, the purpose of this role is to translate strategy into operational plans for leading a portfolio excellence. Keep close interaction with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders providing timely and accurate performance insights under our operational system BOS.
- In this role you will work in different areas:

- Portfolio Performance, supporting the asset and projects teams to deliver CAP cycle processes and operational inputs required by asset.
- Portfolio Performance, provide insights over main, sub and process KPIs to Directors and Project Manager.
- Strategic view by project, and portfolio, providing analysis and recommendations to our stakeholders.
- Governance & Assurance, support compliance to global and regional standards and requirements to drive value, safety and optimized outcomes for BHP.
- Integration and reportability of Key performance indicators regionally and globally.
- Reporting, provide guidance and coaching to projects team members regarding reporting timelines and data quality requirement.
- Implementation of global and regional initiatives.
- BOS, support standardization and continuous improvement in project management processes to ensure excellence and maturity level in BOS.
- Voice of the Costumer, confirm that team efforts are aligned to client priorities.

- Requirements:

- Projects with focus in portfolio management, project controls, data analysis and reporting.
- Coach and develop the team to deliver high performance results.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to provide clear and concise insights from complex data sets.
- Identifies key investment drivers to effectively manage key requirements across portfolio.
- Makes evidence based and strategic decisions in alignment with long term business objectives.
- Identifies, engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and facilitates workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience.
- Applies an understanding of the business context, BHP operating model and ways of working to enhance decision making, productivity and value chain performance.
- Availability to site visits if needed.
