Our team in Chile is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Execution and Constructability, Senior Mnagaer to join our Project Execution Business line.
**About the role**
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Engineering and Construction teams by training and coaching the project execution portfolio on project delivery techniques and the requirements for the correct implementation.
- Ensure the successful execution delivery of the country projects portfolio by leading and integrating multiple strategies, engineering development, construction plans and interacting with the project engineering and construction teams who will execute and deliver the project.
- Secure full alignment between engineering - procurement - construction scope for a successful execution delivery of the projects, by leading and integrating multiple engineering teams on charge to execute the detailed engineering, procurement scope, as well as supporting trough cold eyes review the construction services and various construction contractors on site.
- Manage the execution delivery of the projects according to the scope, budget, schedule, and quality defined during the different phases of the project live of the Project Portfolio of the Country, and reporting to the Senior Director, SoAm, Project Execution.
- Revise and validate Project Execution Strategies and Plans, as well as reviewing and endorsing the Project Execution Plans developed by the engineering companies hired to develop the different phases of the project live within the country project portfolio.
- Support the Project Director with the initial setup of the project execution phase
- Manage the constructability effort along the PFS, FS phases and ensure the correct implementation during the execution phase showing the added value on reduction of total capital cost and project duration.
- Ensure a consistent and worldwide best practice are used to develop the Project Execution Strategies, Project Delivery Model and Contracting Matrix to secure proper execution.
- Support the Proposal Manager for the formation of the technical packages with full transparency and proper analysis
**About you**
- Proven experience being part of Project Development and successful Project execution of both greenfield and brownfield mega-projects.
- General experience and knowledge in detailed engineering management, projects contracting strategy, procurement management, turnover phase from construction to precomissionning and from precomissionning to operations.
- Certification from AACE and/or PMI, or other related project management certification is **favourable.**
- Previous leadership experience
- Proficient English Level
