As a Head of Growth, you will work closely with operations teams, business teams, and product & tech and agri-research teams. We are seeking an experienced Growth Head to own the vision, strategy and execution across assigned verticals - F&V vertical

Please note that the base location for this position is Bangalore and is an Onsite role
- Spearhead the Growth Strategy and the overall P&L for the assigned vertical
- Develop clear objectives and goals and execute the implementation within the set timelines
- Work closely with the founders on broad-level organisation strategy and the impact study
- Implement a data-driven methodology for both short-term and long-term objectives, develop data analytics and reporting mechanisms to identify and solve roadblocks proactively
- Build processes and control measures to ensure robust processes for reducing TAT and process excellence
- Convert the insights to sustainable actions that can increase the overall growth of the organisation, recommend cost-effective measures to strengthen and sustain innovative business practices for the vertical
- Oversee all operations and business activities for the assigned vertical to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Mentor the team, direct and indirect reportees and provide strategic guidance on growth initiatives and execution roadmap
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics
- Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners, business alliances and internal stakeholders
- Review and undertake market and competitor reviews with in-depth customer research at regular intervals
- Supervise efficient working of all phases of growth projects, strategise all performance marketing, branding and communication to promote the product/vertical effectively in market

**Requirements**:

- MBA preferably from a Tier I institute
- 15 -20 years of experience in Business operations, strategy and growth
- Proven leadership experience in a high-performance-driven organization, startup experience is an added advantage
- End-to-end P&L management experience.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and team management skills
- Flexible, self-motivated, dedicated, and hard-working.
