We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
to provide strategic leadership, drive sustainable growth, and ensure long-term organizational success.

본 직무는 이사회(Board of Directors) 및 경영진과 긴밀히 협력하여 회사의 비전, 전략, 목표를 실현하며, 전사적인 방향성을 제시하는 핵심 리더십 역할을 담당합니다.

This role works closely with the Board of Directors and the executive team to define and execute the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

주요 업무 / Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction.
  • 주요 경영 목표 및 사업 계획 수립 및 실행 감독
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of key business plans and goals.
  • 재무 성과, 리스크 및 자원 관리 전반 총괄
  • Oversee financial performance, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • 고위 경영진 리더십 및 조직문화 강화
  • Provide leadership to senior management and promote a high-performance culture.
  • 투자자, 파트너 및 주요 이해관계자와의 관계 구축
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • 신규 사업 및 시장 확장 전략 추진
  • Lead business development and market expansion initiatives.
  • 기업의 사회적 책임 및 지속가능경영 이행 관리
  • Ensure corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability practices are upheld.
  • 이사회에 경영 현황 보고 및 주요 의사결정 협의
  • Report to and consult with the Board of Directors on key business decisions.

자격 요건 / Qualifications

  • 경영학, 경제학 또는 관련 분야의 학사 이상 학위 (MBA 우대)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 최소 15년 이상의 경영 경험 및 5년 이상의 최고경영직 경력
  • Minimum 15 years of business experience, including 5+ years in senior executive leadership.
  • 대규모 조직 또는 다국적 기업 경영 경험
  • Proven experience managing large-scale or multinational organizations.
  • 전략적 사고 및 의사결정 능력 우수자
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • 탁월한 대외 커뮤니케이션 및 협상 능력
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with external stakeholders.
  • 글로벌 마인드 및 영어·한국어 능통자
  • Global mindset with fluency in both English and Korean.

우대 사항 / Preferred Qualifications

  • 스타트업, 투자, 또는 M&A 관련 경험자
  • Experience in startups, investment, or mergers and acquisitions.
  • 특정 산업 분야(IT, 제조, 금융, 바이오, 서비스 등)에 대한 깊은 이해
  • Deep industry knowledge in IT, manufacturing, finance, biotech, or services.
  • 혁신, 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation) 또는 조직 변화 프로젝트 주도 경험
  • Experience leading innovation, digital transformation, or organizational change initiatives.
  • 글로벌 시장 확장 및 해외 지사 운영 경험
  • Experience in global market expansion or managing international subsidiaries.
