Marketing Coordinator I

**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Coordinator I will provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Assist the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
- Assist with creation and reporting of marketing campaigns in CRM.
- Obtain and manage marketing phone numbers, and manage the routing of marketing calls, recordings, and call distribution.
- Manage content translations as needed.
- Coordinate and interact with marketing-related suppliers in the country to create and order marketing material and other stationery (e.g., print shops, post office, business cards, etc.)
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
- Provide support to the sales teams and the sales process by creating reports for marketing campaigns and assisting with analysis of data.
- Create and update activity control reports and marketing campaigns weekly.
- Support data research projects as needed.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires if necessary.
- Provide CRM training to employees to prepare them to perform their activities and functions.
- Other duties may be assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Education**:
- Associates degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
**Experience**:
- 0-2 years of related experience
- English or Spanish - advanced preferred.
**Technical Skills**:
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Internet and database management (Microsoft Dynamics, Power Bi)
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated; able to complete tasks and respond to department requests and with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify quality solutions.
- Strong relationship-development skills resulting in long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
**Physical Requirements**:
- Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
- Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
