**We are searching the best talent for IT Software lead to be in Buenos Aires, Bogotá, Cali, Sao Paulo, Sao Jose dos Campos, Santiago de Chile, Mexico DF**

**Purpose**:The it Software Lead is responsible for supporting and scaling the Sales Operations Galaxy Platform for J&J Consumers Health.

The Platform Lead Engineer will report to the IT Manager and will liaise with multiple business partners and engineering teams to provide the technology solutions needed to deliver and sustain business processes and requirements.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Take ownership of the engineer team and contribute to all stages of the product life cycle end to end
- Work with multiple global business partners and global engineer teams to identify pain points and enhance the service
- A critical point of contact for IT-to-IT delivery and support team, connecting various IT teams to achieve objectives (local, regional and global)
- Manage the delivery team's capacity and resource allocations based on priorities and task complexity
- Partnership with business to set goals, help in requirements definition and propose innovative solutions to problems
- Continuously train the team and share knowledge
- Be the technical and functional referent for the engineering team
- Present to various levels of management both in IT and business partner functions
- Preparing and facilitating training sessions and/or demos of new capabilities and technologies
- Be proactive in solving complex technical problems and recommend alternate solutions and design approaches to platform requirements, making decisions between competing solutions
- Enhance existing tools and processes to facilitate the day to day working process
- Ongoing learning of relevant market technologies and seeks opportunities to integrate with business needs i.e., Conferences, Knowledge groups, communities of practice
- Responsible for the overall delivery timeline of projects following the required quality standards
- Product backlog management

**Qualifications** Qualifications and requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and above in major of IT discipline related or equivalent work experience
- Experience working on global platforms
- Hands-On experience with the following technologies:.NET,.NET Core, Oracle PL/SQL, JavaScript, C#, VB.NET, HTML. ReactJS is also valuable
- Experience working in both co-located and virtual teams, as well as in IT build and run environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams onsite and offshore: Managing team priorities, balancing resources between operational support and enhancements, and ongoing prioritization of evolving business needs
- 3+ years of experience working with TPM solutions is desirable
- Agile frameworks knowledge (Scrum)
- API REST architecture and design knowledge
- Strong planning and communication skills to work closely with and provide status update to stakeholders
