**Responsibilities** The tasks the position will complete and is responsible for actioning /Implementing.
Regional TruScan PrognosticatorUnderstand geochemical analytical equipment in detail and maintain expertise on cutting edge technology.
Ability to write and present technical presentations / papers on TruScan
Presentations related to the technical and practical aspects of the TruScan Technology to Mining company Geologists, Exploration Managers, and Geochemists.
Attending relevant mining, geophysical and or geochemical trade shows or society meetings to include presentations on and demonstrations of the technology.
Business DevelopmentStrategically identify the right mining clients / properties for TruScan in the respective region and get them to adopt the TruScan Technology into their processes.
Client presentations, Trade Shows, Professional Society Memberships, Brownbags, etc.
Responsible for writing all TruScan proposals in your respective region and for all bidding/pricing with the approval of the TruScan Commercial Director.
P&L ManagerResponsible for managing the regional TruScan P&L as well as all projects at the job level.

**Essential**
1.
Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geochemistry and/or Geophysics
1.
Background and/or understanding of XRF related hardware and software
1.
XRF technology experience tied to hard rock geochemistry
Understand geochemical analytical equipment in detail and maintain expertise on cutting edge technology.Understanding of hard rock geochemistry and Ore deposit knowledge
1.
Ability to work with and engage a diverse group of stakeholders
1.
Mine site related field experience
1.
Management experience
1.
Project level financial management experience
Ability to write and present technical presentations / papers on TruScanAbility and drive to strategically sell and grow profitable business
1.
Truly believes that GDS can positively change the way mineral exploration and mining is done in the future
**Desirable**
1.
A Master’s degree in the geosciences or an MBA
1.
Strong mining client contacts within region
1.
