Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated System Administrator to join the Digital group in Brazil (Belo Horizonte).

This journey will lead to improve project outcomes, being able to leverage the digital twin, systems integration and interoperability, support for decision-making, autonomous execution, and integrated operations and performance centers.
- Be a solution driven, customer focused individual with a passion for data/content/information management and team collaboration.
- Support and monitor the environment in conjunction with the other System Administrator teams, e.g., Docshare, Packageshare 1.0, Azure Administrators and Data Hub Administrators. CM/EM will be used as the Platform for Hatch’s Package Management tools.
- Monitor Zendesk tickets logged by the Functional team and business users.
- Report any integration data issues into the Common Data environment (CDE) working with the Data Hub and Azure Administrators.
- Perform day-to-day system administration and play an important role in technical software support and associated implementations.
- Be a part of this global Administration Support team who have the responsibility for various Hatch Systems to ensure these Systems operate in a manner that supports Hatch projects and corporate environments.
- Engage the team when required to solve technical issues with our digital project delivery approach.
- Monitors data transfer to the CDE
- Troubleshoot data issues, log bugs/issues in Azure DevOps and follow up with dev teams

**You bring to the role**:

- Data processing and integration operations experience
- A solid understanding of Azure and Azure Application services
- Functional understanding of the CM and EM systems to make informative decisions
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and ability to work well with others
- The ability to work and conduct research independently
- The ability to manage time efficiently and multi-tasks effectively
- A System Administration diploma/certificate or Computer Science degree
- The ability to think and work quickly to remedy system shutdowns or serious software problems
- The ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels
