Project Manager, Creative Services

Robert Half is seeking a Full-Time Project Manager on our Creative Services Team that will support Global Creative Portfolio Management efforts. This role will also lead, manage, and conduct Creative Project/Program kick-offs, project/program planning and manage all project/program related efforts in Workfront. The role will require interaction with several cross-functional teams and cover many areas of Project Management. Communicates with marketing partners & creative team effectively & regularly to drive deadlines and ensure creative project objectives and deadlines are met. This role will also require the ability to adapt to the many facets of Program/Project management that is currently being defined/revised and implemented.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops creative program and project schedules, ensures milestones are clear.
- Serves as the liaison between internal partners and the creative team.
- Leads and participates in managing high-priority design projects for print, digital, and online with internal team and occasionally with external vendors inclusive of outside freelancers and copywriters.
- Manages and updates any creative-developed program tracking solutions to ensure creative milestones are completed on-time.
- Reviews & advises on any client-prepared program documents to ensure information is complete and actionable.
- Reviews and develops creative briefs along with ADs, AD Managers and Creative Directors.
- Builds, develops, grows, and maintains positive business relationships across multiple departments to build teamwork and foster collaboration.
- Actively anticipates and recognizes problems & challenges as they arise and provides solution-oriented thinking and approach.
- Ensures team members execute plans and complete projects successfully.
- Maintains an efficient, collaborative, and engaging work environment for creative personnel.
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution in project teams.
- Understands business and technical process and be able to document business/technical requirements, process workflows and system documentations.
- Partner in process optimization to improve creative project workflow.
- Be able to adapt changes quickly and function in fast paced but in an evolving environment.

Job Required Education/Experience
- Proven project management experience, including managing aggressive marketing schedules for a large organization or agency environment.
- 5+ years of previous creative project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or visual arts or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills; including the ability to prioritize according to deadlines and react to adjustments on the fly.
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent collaboration, organizational, communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of creative studio environment.
- Ability to think critically, strategically, and connect dots.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and personal motivation.
- Experience with the Workfront project management tool a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy.
- PMP Certified a plus.
