Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an E2E Service Integrator Leader located in Chile. This role is part of the Latin America Deliver organization with responsibility over the MedTech segment. The selected individual will focus on strengthening the strategic link between Deliver, Segment Supply Chain (Plan) and Commercial in his country of responsibility.You will interface heavily with functions across the country, orchestrating work and actions aligned to MD Segment regional priorities and performance across Regional Deliver Operations (RDO) related to NPI, product flow, information flow and Deliver S&OP

Key Responsibilities

:In this role you will be the integrator that will ensure alignment and operational readiness to achieve overall business objectives including sales targets, service levels and cost performance.
- Infuse Medical Devices business strategy and key priorities into Deliver regional strategy: where to play, how to win, capabilities needed, infrastructure roadmap and key indicators.
- Orchestrate with E2E Service Integrator Manager to implement key initiatives/processes to improve service levels within an adequate value equation with clear outcome/performance metrics. Plan, deploy and translate S&OP outputs into an actionable Deliver execution plans. Participates in regional S&OP process as key contributor of derived logistics costs. Ensure execution monitoring of S&OP plans.
- Together with E2E Supply Chain this position is accountable for optimizing inventory levels, driving cost performance, providing visibility to inventory implications of E2E planning processes, service levels, E2E product flows and adapt to regional go-to-market strategies.
- Single point of contact for Deliver across Regional Segment Supply Chain. Will influence the organization to develop an E2E mindset of all decisions on a timely manner by engaging in collaborating with key stakeholders.Drive Segment Business Planning (Deliver SG&A).
- Feed Customer Insights into E2E Supply Chain solution building for superior service experience.Ensure flawless NPIs within region and influence on NPIs strategic decisions

**Qualifications**:
Experience and Skills:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain related disciplines, preferably with a good amount of exposure to commercial strategy.
- Strong skills for multiple stakeholder management in a matrixed environment, highly resilient.
- Open minded about different perspectives but assertive at the same time to flexibly process information and choose best path forward for the business. Highly collaborative and influential.
- Skilled communicator with demonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of information and present data driven synthesized recommendations to Key Stakeholders.
- Track record of hands-on leadership to execute initiatives grounded in analytics and requiring E2E trade offs between operations and customers is a must.
- Learning agility for Supply Chain flow principles (product and information) and Segment infrastructure footprint (distribution, IT and supply hubs)

- Knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt) and Value Stream Mapping methodologies.
