Empresa líder de la industria farmacéutica, con presencia internacional y fuerte posicionamiento en el mercado regional, se encuentra en búsqueda de su próximo Country Lead Chile. La organización se caracteriza por su enfoque estratégico, altos estándares de cumplimiento, crecimiento sostenido y una operación local altamente relevante dentro de su estructura regional.

Descripción del cargo

Buscamos un Country Lead Chile responsable de liderar la operación y rentabilidad del negocio a nivel país. El rol define y ejecuta la estrategia local, actuando como nexo entre el mercado chileno y el equipo regional South Cone, en un entorno de estructura matricial y liderazgo transversal.

Responsabilidades clave


• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia país, alineada a objetivos regionales y globales.


• Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, alianzas y crecimiento comercial.


• Liderar la operación local, incluyendo ventas, finanzas y operaciones.


• Gestionar el presupuesto, resultados financieros y reportes a nivel regional.


• Liderar y desarrollar al equipo local, promoviendo alto desempeño.


• Gestionar relaciones con clientes clave, partners y stakeholders relevantes.


• Asegurar cumplimiento normativo y gestión de riesgos.

Estructura


• 2 reportes directos.


• Reportes indirectos a áreas globales y Board South Cone.

Requisitos


• Formación en Administración, Ingeniería Comercial o afín. MBA deseable.


• Más de 10 años de experiencia en liderazgo senior.


• Experiencia en gestión de negocio y P&L.


• Alta capacidad de influencia y liderazgo transversal.


• Español e inglés fluido, excluyente.
