Our Global Marketing Operations function is growing and looking for a **Marketing Analytics and Insights Manager, **to join their team In the role, the person will play a critical role in directly implementing the marketing analytics and data governance strategy and roadmap using Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Salesforce and Marketing Cloud products.

**Key Responsabilities**
- Build accurate reporting and develop insights that enable and empower the marketing organization to achieve performance goals such as ROMI and pipeline attribution to marketing.
- Lead the implementation of Marketing Cloud intelligence BI platform through hands-on requirements definition, metric creation using SQL and initial build-out of core reports and dashboards for marketing.
- Build and ensure ongoing accurate and timely APIs, data streams, data models and calculated metrics from relevant marketing and sales data sources into standard reporting.
- Create and improve reports covering marketing execution from budgeting to digital and events to understand achieve objectives.
- Provide analysis, insights and recommendations to stakeholders including the Marketing Leadership teams to enable proactive strategic, operational and tactical data-based decision making.
- Oversee and improve data governance process, automation and alignment to manage priority data sets, definitions and documentation for Salesforce and Marketing Cloud products
- In partnership with marketing leaders, create marketing goal vs. target reporting, dashboards, and analysis to support key campaigns, initiatives and understanding of clients throughout their digital and traditional journey.
- Create and customize marketing pipeline attribution statistical models and present analysis and recommendations in various global forums.
- Lead data quality initiatives for Salesforce, Marketing cloud products and Sitecore. Work with stakeholders to define key areas for improvement and work with owning organizations to improve the data in ways that help the business understand and grow contacts, leads, pipeline and revenue.
- Oversee data administration team in account, opportunity, contact, lead and prospect creation and related data quality.
- Seek out and incorporate internal and external recommendations on priority areas for improvement.
- Develop, motivate, train and retain team of highly skilled report developers, analysts, and data quality administrators.
- Provide training and guidance to marketers on how to use and interpret reporting tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve global marketing user issues with analytics and interpretation.

**What you will bring to the team**
- Passion for marketing metrics and desire to build a data-driven culture across marketing.
- 7-10 years’ experience developing data models, custom metrics and dimensions as well as easy to interpret reports and dashboards that help evaluate and improve marketing performance.
- Strong evidence of SQL and SoQL skills and capability to construct and trouble-shoot analytics APIs, code and formulas to ensure accurate reporting and insights.
- Experience building statistical data models for use in a marketing and/or sales organization.
- Expert-level experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), Salesforce Reporting, PowerBi, and advanced Excel.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and sales metrics as well as levers of change.
- Ability to train and QA in SQL and SOQL to successfully build reports, formulas and dashboards
- 3-5 year’s leadership experience managing teams of analysts and developers using positive management styles to successful project delivery and business improvement.
- Strong empathy and cultural awareness and ability to work with all levels of management and individual contributors.
- Ability to clearly communicate and synthesize complex analytics topics into easy-to-understand metrics, insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and time zones with a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment.
- Diligent, flexible, resourceful, independent worker with a strong work ethic
