**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Establishes strong, trusted relationships with clients through their ability to articulate solutions, and other areas of Kyndryl used in the delivery of complex services
- Supports and leads billable client activities within their area of practice and participate in related Sector, Solution, or Community activities
- Accountable for the financial success of engagements directly managed
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Must have experience in:
- Advise on ITIL (Infrastructure Library) Foundation

**Required Education**
High School Diploma/GED
