Este rol es clave en el diseño, evolución y gobierno de la arquitectura de redes , considerando acceso, enrutamiento, transporte, cloud y seguridad. 🔧 Misión del rol • Traducir la estrategia de negocio en una arquitectura tecnológica óptima. • Diseñar y definir plataformas de red considerando disponibilidad, escalabilidad y seguridad. • Velar por estándares, políticas corporativas, sinergias y economías de escala. 🔧 Responsabilidades principales • Diseñar y ejecutar proyectos de infraestructura de redes y seguridad. • Gestionar proyectos desde la detección de necesidades hasta la puesta en producción. • Analizar, monitorear y optimizar la red, anticipando riesgos y desviaciones. • Liderar la atención de incidentes críticos de red y seguridad. • Coordinar equipos internos y proveedores tecnológicos. • Analizar tendencias tecnológicas y proponer mejoras continuas. • Definir y documentar arquitecturas, estándares, guidelines y roadmaps tecnológicos. • Gestionar pruebas de concepto (PoC) y evaluar soluciones del mercado. 🎓 Requisitos (excluyentes) • Título en Ingeniería en Informática, Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o afín. • +4 años de experiencia en gestión de infraestructura y/o arquitectura de redes. • Sólidos conocimientos en: Routing y switching Protocolos de red (IEEE) Redes inalámbricas Seguridad de red (NGFW, IPS/IDS) • Experiencia en atención y resolución de problemas complejos. • Experiencia coordinando equipos y proveedores. ➕ Deseables • Certificaciones de seguridad y redes: CISSP, CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE4+, PCNSA u otras. • Experiencia en redes cloud (idealmente AWS). • Experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas de seguridad. • Conocimiento en gestión de ciclo de vida de plataformas y deuda técnica.
